The WWR2024 Spark Pass logo

Your All-Access Pass is ready!

We are so glad you upgraded and can't wait to see you in the live sessions!

Everything you need to know to get started is on its way to your email inbox now.

Check your email

Check your email for instructions on how to sign in and explore the Wanna Write Romance conference hub.

Look for an email with the subject "[WWR2024] Spark Pass details inside!". It has tips on how to get the most out of the conference (and a button to access your event dashboard).

This email will come from my address: sue@suebrownmoore.com

You will also receive an invoice from receipts@thrivecart.email with the subject line "Sue Brown-Moore: Invoice". That is the purchase receipt for your WWR2024 Spark Pass upgrade.

You'll need to be logged in before you can access your dashboard. New to my course platform?

  • Click the I Am New Here button below to learn how to get your login information.
  • (Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it (click) ...) The login page will say "Sue Brown-Moore". That's me, so you're still in the right place! :)

How to log in

Is this the first time you've registered for something on my website? Or are you an existing student in one of my courses? Choose the a button below for your specific instructions.

New to my website: Start here!

I'm so glad you've upgraded! You may have already successfully logged into your account and checked out your WWR2024 dashboard. If so, click this button to go straight there and browse your new bonus goodies!

If this is your first enrollment in my online university, and you're struggling to log in, try this...

You should have already received an additional email with general access information about your account.

The additional email has a subject of "Your Sue Brown-Moore online university account has been created (details inside)". THIS EMAIL IS VERY IMPORTANT! It has your site-wide log-in information, so be sure you find it! (If you already have an account in my online university, you will not get this email.)

*** If you do not get the email above, check your email and Spam and all other folders for an email with the subject "Your Sue Brown-Moore online university account has been created (details inside)". Yahoo and AOL aggressively filter this specific email because it is sent from WordPress—my course platform backend—and I can't control that. If you can't find it after thoroughly looking (give it 30 minutes!), email hi@suebrownmoore.com and ask for a manual password reset. If this happens, please be patient, as my team and I have to physically be at our desks to do the password reset, and there are times we cannot respond quickly. ***

After logging in to your account (see above), visit your conference dashboard to browse all your new Spark Pass goodies and check out the schedule.

See you at the conference!

Returning Students: Start here!

I'm so excited you've upgraded! I can't wait for you to experience the full WWR2024 conference.

An email is now headed to your inbox with the subject "[WWR2024] Spark Pass details inside!"

But since you already have an account and know how to log in, you can go straight to your conference dashboard and start exploring. (But don't forget that you'll need to log in before you can view it.)

If you forgot your password and need to reset it, click here and put in the email address you registered with (wherever you got my welcome email above).

You will receive an email with the subject line: "[Sue Brown-Moore] Password Reset". Click the link inside that email to choose your new password.

*** If you CANNOT find the password reset email, search your email inbox (including all secondary folders and spam) for this subject line: "[Sue Brown-Moore] Password Reset". (Yahoo and AOL aggressively filter this specific email because it is sent from WordPress—my course platform backend—and I can't control that.) If you still don't see it after about 30 minutes, email hi@suebrownmoore.com ***

(If this happens, please be patient, as my team and I have to physically be at our desks to do the password reset, and there are times we cannot respond quickly.)

See you at the conference!
